Artist Representation Terms and Conditions

In order to start representing you though our services, you must agree to the following terms and conditions aside the booking terms and conditions for every booking made though the agency.

1. Representation by the agency

1.1 The agent agrees to represent the artist though different channels including (but not limited to): Website, Social Media and in person

1.2 The artist authorizes the usage of their image in order to promote the agency or its artists.

1.3 The booking is subject to a three way contract (See Terms and Conditions ) between the agency, artist and client.

1.4 The agency can refuse to represent the artist, we will however provide feedback whenever possible.

1.5 The artist must charge the same amount though the agency as they would when dealing directly to the client. Failing follow this clause may result on the termination of representation.

1.6 The standard representation has no additional charges charge beside the deposit / booking fee

1.7 This T&C is available on the agency website and is subject to changes. All changes will be communicated via e-mail.

2. Termination of representation

2.1 The artist can request the termination of representation anytime

2.2 The agency can cease representing the artist at anytime

2.3 The termination process may take up to 30 days, including removal of artist page from the agency website

2.4 No future promotions will be used using the artist media, such as photos and videos

2.5 Media that has been previously used for promotions (such as social media campaign) may remain visible even if the artist is no longer represented by the agency

2.6 All bookings must be fulfilled as per the Terms and Conditions of the booking.

2.7 After ceasing being represented, the artist will no longer be notified of new bookings

3. Booking charges

3.1 The artist will decide how much will be charged to the clients, providing the amount on a booking quote

3.2 The amount is subject to changes only if the details of the booking change, such as date, finishing times and others described on Terms and Conditions

3.3 The agency will charge a commission in order to provide its services. This commission is typically 20% of the total amount of booking, which equates to deposit amount paid by the client.

4. Payment

4.1 The artist will be paid up to two weeks after the date of the event via bank transfer to a designated account.

4.2 When the client opts to pay though the agency, the artist will be paid within 10 business days after the event if no disputes or complaints are raised.

4.3 If there are any disputes raised by the client the payment will be done within 10 days of the dispute resolution.

5. Premium Membership

5.1 The artist might opt to a Premium membership, which will improve the visibility on the website and social media channels

5.2 Applying for a Premium Membership does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

5.3 The Premium Membership has a monthly fee of £15, due on the first working day of each calendar month. It can be paid via a recurring PayPal charge or via BACS.

5.4 A late payment fee of £0.50 per day will be charged if you fail to meet the due date.

5.5 Premium Memberships can be revoked with a notice of one calendar month.
